Chef Abdullah

Chef Abdullah is a distinguished private chef based in Florida with over 13 years of experience in Asian, French, and Mediterranean cuisines. Trained at Le Roche Culinary and Hospitality School, he has worked in Jordan, Dubai, Bahrain, and Canada over the past 10 years, including stints with renowned chefs like Nobu Matsuhisa and Gordon Ramsay. Known for his innovative yet traditional approach, Chef Abdullah offers personalized dining experiences, ensuring each meal is memorable. His reputation for exceptional culinary skills and warm hospitality makes him a sought-after private chef in the region.

Chef Brumec

Brian started his culinary journey as early as 17 years old when he enrolled in the culinary arts program in high school, supplementing his academic pursuits. Upon graduation, he immediately joined the New England Culinary Institute (NECI), a small, prestigious culinary school founded by French Master Chef Michel LeBorgne in Montpelier, Vermont. Graduating at the top of his class, Brian embarked on his professional career, working for restaurants and hotels with distinctions such as Relais & Châteaux and Historic Hotels of America. After working for Zuma Boston for a year and a half and heading the kitchen at LPM Miami, an international French Mediterranean brand, Brian has most recently taken the reins at Boulud Sud, a Mediterranean restaurant owned by famed New York-based chef Daniel Boulud.

Internationally trained professional chef based in south Florida with a plethora of knowledge in Caribbean, European and American cuisine. I grasped early in my career the respect that must be paid to each ingredient to create dishes that invigorate each guest’s palate. We offer experiences that are individualized and tailored for every special occasion and dedicated to creating magical moments through food and excellent service.

Chef Gabriele Rotunno

Chef Gabriele Rotunno, from Taranto, Puglia, Italy studied at Istituto Eccelsa in Alberobello (one of the best culinary schools in the world. He honed his craft alongside chefs such as: Alessandra Civilla (Alex Ristorante, Lecce) , Agostino Bartoli (Gatto Rosso Ristorante, Taranto), Alessandro del re (Delicatessen, Milano). Food critics defined his cuisine as “Mediterranean with a look to the future” and noted that he’s “a talented young chef, with a critical eye in the serving and taste, a magnificent surprise”. With 4 years of experience as a private chef and hosting private events in Milano, New York area and the Hamptons - Chef Gabrielle is ready to take on your next High End Dinner Party.

Carolina Assanelli

Carolina is the founder of Plan.It, a premier event planning company inspired by her seven years of experience delivering seven-star service aboard luxury yachts. With a background in psychology, Carolina brings a deep understanding of human emotions and connections to her work. This expertise allows her to create events that not only meet logistical needs but also foster meaningful, emotional experiences.

Carolina established Plan.It to offer a comprehensive range of event services, including catering, organizing breakdowns after events, and designing invitations. Her approach focuses on creating positive, memorable moments, ensuring that clients feel a deep connection and are eager to return.
